Recently movies based on popular events and people have been grand successes such as Elvis, Priscilla, Oppenheimer, etc. They are known as biopic movies. Have been based on real events and real people who are famous in the past and present which draws attention to multiple different crowds. It is fascinated by the lives of these people from the past and the present. Biopic gives us the ability to view different aspects of people’s lives and see how they became the way they are. That said, there is now a movie written all about Bob Marley coming out on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. 

There was a Jamaican singer-songwriter and musician. He is considered one of The Pioneers of reggae music. His music was known for its powerful message of love, unity, and social justice. Marley’s most popular songs include “One Love,” “No Woman, No Cry,” and “Redemption Song”. Marley had a profound impact on music and continues to inspire people around the world.

The Lucky man who will be playing the role of Bob Marley is Kingsley Ben-Adir. Ben-Adir is a British actor known for his roles in films and TV shows such as “One Night in Miami” and “The OA”. Kingsley Ben-Adir has received recognition for his performances, being nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2021. Ben-Adir was not confident in getting the leading role in this movie, so it took him a good amount of time to come around and submit an audition tape. The actor claimed he was not a dancer nor a singer, which made him doubt his talent for the role. In the end, Kingsley Benadir ended up receiving the role and spoke out to many journalists saying it was a wonderful experience to be working on the movie.
