One Love Clothing Drive: Help support victims of abuse
The One Love Foundation’s mission is to raise awareness about the early warning signs and consequences of relationship violence. As many as 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 4 boys will experience relationship violence in their lifetime. Our mission is to end relationship violence by educating, empowering, and activating Towson’s students in a movement for change.
The One Love Club at Towson is partnering with GBMC’s SAFE Program which provides services and support for victims of rape, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and domestic partner violence.
In an effort to help them restock their shelves for patients, the One Love Club is holding a clothing drive. We are collecting gently new or used clothes for children, adolescents, and adults.
Please drop off any donations to Ms. Hanley in the School Counseling Department before May 25th.
Help us heal victims and stop the violence by making a donation today.
The Clinical Director of GBMC’s program will be here on the 25th to collect the clothes and speak with the club’s members.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!
