The student recognition committee would like to recognize the following students for demonstrating scholarship during the month of December.  Great work and congratulations!

Freshman, Raquel Martinez: “Raquel is a perfect exemplar for this month’s focus area of ‘Scholarship’. Raquel consistently takes initiative and individual ownership of her learning. The work that she produces is high quality and shows high levels of critical thinking and analysis. She strives academically and seeks out knowledge not just as a means to an end but rather a curiosity and thirst for a greater understanding of the world around her.”

Sophomore, Vincent Igusa: “Vincent is an exceptional student! He participates in class discussion with relevant, insightful comments and questions. He responds well to constructive feedback and revises work.”

Junior, Ben Tribbe: “This transfer student is taking American Government with 9^th graders…. He has been applying himself and focusing on achievement.”

Senior, Shaeleigh LaCasse: “Shaeleigh is a hard-working student who takes pride in all of her assignments. She is always challenging herself in the classroom.”
